Supper Club FAQs

We serve a carefully curated seasonal prix fixe menu with a focus on sourcing as many local ingredients as possible. Our supper club nights are open to the public with pre-purchased tickets only. We are not open to walk-ins, sorry. We seat up to 50 guests per dinner. Tickets are booked on the specific event page on this website, and are confirmed via email. There is no club membership, and Roxbury Social events happen irregularly, however you can sign up to our newsletter to get informed on upcoming events.

Our supper club nights usually last about 3 hours. During the cooler season, they typically start with an arrival time of 6 pm, and 6:30 pm in mid-summer months. We ask all guests to arrive on time.

The first course is served 30 minutes after your welcome, and once all guests have been seated and drinks have been served. We generally finish up around 9 pm. We don’t like to rush you though. These dinners are meant to serve as a time to slow down and savor the experience.

Our events are set in an indoor/outdoor building, and on cooler evenings we make sure everyone is comfortable with our pretty patio heaters.

Please let us know in advance if you or any of your party have food allergies or specific dietary requirements so that we can adjust things for you. We always offer vegan alternatives, and we run a nut-free kitchen.

Please don’t send us long lists of ingredients that you, or your guests, “don’t like” – a supper club is, after all, for the more adventurous foodies. ◡̈

Though we offer one seating and serve our courses to all guests simultaneously, everyone will have their own table. If you are part of a larger group, but you prefer to order your tickets separately, shoot us a message in the days before the event, to let us know who’s in your group, and we’ll make sure to create a table that fits all of you. We host a maximum of 50 guests at our Supper Club dinners, so the evening will always have an intimate character.

No. We are a liquor-licensed venue that follows Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) laws and any requirements by the New York State Liquor Authority. We do not allow you to bring your own alcohol. We offer handcrafted cocktails, carefully curated wines, craft beers, local hard cider, and complex and tasteful booze-free mixed drinks.

Accessibility & Weather FAQs

We’re located on the lovely hillside of a Catskill mountain, but we’ve got accessibility for you and your guests covered!

Our carts can transport less-mobile guests from their parked car to our dining terrace, where all Roxbury Social events take place. The dining terrace is a spacious, roofed, open building situated on a polished concrete floor with easy wheelchair access and a nearby wheelchair-accessible restroom. Let us know if you have any mobility issues, and we’ll make sure we’re there to assist you from arrival until departure.

Our events are held in an indoor/outdoor roofed building. On cooler evenings, our pretty patio heaters ensure everyone’s comfort. Our roofed dining terrace offers plenty of space for a sit-down dinner or a fun dance party while keeping everyone dry.
