Our story

“We had this dream of combining our love for the Catskills and our home into a majestic and distinct gathering place. We merged the lush beauty of our grounds with bold, inviting event spaces. We scraped, built, planted, and nurtured, forming a talented team providing friendly service and great food. And as we have progressed from our first celebrations over fourteen years ago to the unique venue it has become, our dream has come true.”

Meet Leah

“Food has been my passion for as long as I can remember. For me, it’s more than just a meal—it’s a way to connect with people and experience different cultures in a real and meaningful way.

I’ve spent the last ten years in the restaurant and catering business, and along the way, I’ve had the chance to work alongside incredible chefs, front-of-house managers, event planners, and other amazing individuals who have helped me grow personally and professionally.

I love bringing fresh, local ingredients into the kitchen and collaborating with local farms and suppliers. My goal is to create a fine dining experience to the table, that is simple, elegant, and accessible.”

Our local network

We love collaborating with as many local farmers and artisans as possible. It not only helps us serve the freshest ingredients, but it also supports our local food community.

Most of our vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, and dairy products come from businesses right here in the Catskills — this is a true community accomplishment.
