Our executive chef Leah Detreville and her team serve delicious, fresh, and beautifully crafted dishes using fresh, locally grown, and seasonal fare sourced from farmers and producers in the Catskills.

Join us for a farm-to-table prix fixe dinner! Check out the menu, created by our talented executive chef, Leah Detreville and pastry chef, Kristina Ugenti. Start the evening off right with a friendly welcome and a complimentary drink at 6:30 pm. Then, around 7:15, take a seat at our tables for a beautifully plated three-course dinner, Let’s enjoy the night together, celebrating with family and making new friends!

Our second dance party of the season with DJs Matt & Hillz, bringing upbeat, fabulous dance music, hosted at our climate-controlled carriage barn. Get ready to celebrate Independence Day Weekend with a fun-filled, liberating dance party, with lip-smacking, seasonal and locally produced delicious Holiday fare!
